The EDCTP Forum provides an international platform for the presentation and discussion of cutting-edge research addressing the burden of poverty-related infectious diseases in sub-Saharan Africa and the capacity development and networking activities that support this goal. The main programme (virtual and live from Maputo) runs from 18-20 October 2021, featuring plenary presentations by keynote speakers, scientific sessions of oral and poster presentations, sponsored symposia. On Thursday 21 October, there will be workshops and sponsored symposia. Sunday 17 October is a pre-event and introduction to the Forum.                                                                              The theme of the Tenth EDCTP Forum is Equity in research for health. The programme is structured in four tracks. 

A: Advancing biomedical interventions towards improved and equitable health

B: Equity challenges in cross-cutting issues

C: Addressing inequities in research

D: Capacity strengthening, South-South collaboration, enhancing the research environment
