The Tenth EDCTP Forum will gather representatives from different regions and research fields, providing an excellent opportunity for networking and to highlight and promote key activities of your institution, organisation or company to a focused audience while contributing to EDCTP’s mission and conference goals.
The Forum presents a unique opportunity to establish and reinforce cooperation and synergy among EDCTP stakeholders, share experiences and gather ideas that will contribute to and inform future research and development.
There are many ways EDCTP partners can be involved at this year’s virtual Forum. One of them is through our sponsorship opportunities, which profile and raise the visibility of partner organisations working in the same field as EDCTP.
Individual sponsorship items can be purchased as follows:
Exhibitors have maximum exposure to Forum delegates. The virtual exhibition area provides opportunities to connect and exchange information with delegates, making this the perfect space to showcase your organisation. This interactive space allows exhibitors to engage with delegates using a variety of interactive tools, such as video calls, live chat, and display of corporate videos. Forum delegates will be able to explore the exhibition area at any time during the Forum, wherever they are in the world. Exhibitors can make a variety of materials available for delegates to access, including publications and videos. More information and a demonstration of the exhibition area and virtual booths can be provided upon request.
This sponsorship item includes: A virtual exhibition booth where resources can be displayed (e.g., publications or videos), meetings can be arranged and promotional activities organised Logo on the Forum website, virtual platform, and in the Forum programme
Integrated in the conference programme, sponsored symposia enable organisations from different regions to present their latest work towards advancing the science, policy, and community response, providing unique opportunities to learn and engage with distinguished researchers and stakeholders working on infectious diseases. The format allows partner organisations to present an overview of a topic, including time for questions, discussion, and exchange of views with Forum delegates. We welcome symposia on a wide range of topics in the EDCTP remit, with relevance to the Forum theme. The Programme Committee will review the proposed content of the symposia to ensure it meets the scientific and ethical principles of the conference. The sponsor arranges and coordinates the symposium.
