The EDCTP2 programme and the Global Health EDCTP3 Joint Undertaking, in partnership with the Ministry of Higher Education and Research of France and the ANRS | Emerging Infectious Diseases welcomes you the Eleventh EDCTP Forum at the Palais des Congrès de Paris in Paris, France from 7-10 November 2023. Up to 1000 delegates from across the globe are expected to attend the Forum in person and virtually.
All delegates are responsible for making their own travel, accommodation, visa and insurance arrangements and covering the costs thereof (with the exception of invited delegates sponsored by EDCTP and awarded scholarship applicants).

*The Forum registration fee does not include airfare, accommodation or other costs. Delegates are responsible for arranging and paying for their own travel and accommodation, in addition to the registration fee.

Registration requirements
Confirmation of registration
Delegates will receive an automatic email upon successful submission of the online registration. Registration will be confirmed only after payment of the registration fee is received.
Payment of registration
Payments may be made online by credit card. All payments must be made in Euros. All credit card transactions are debited at the moment of submitting your registration. Individuals unable to make payment by credit card should contact forum@edctp.org for advice.
Cancellation policy
Cancellations submitted in writing to forum@edctp.org no later than Friday 29 September 2023 will receive a refund of the registration fee minus € 50 for administration costs. No refunds can be made for cancellations received after this date. EDCTP will not be responsible for refunding airfare, hotel or any other costs incurred.
Refunds will not be made for unattended events or early termination of attendance.
Substitution policy for in-person participation
In the event that a participant is unable to attend the Forum in person, the registrant may request to transfer a paid, standard registration to another person by contacting forum@edctp.org before Friday 29 September 2023. A fee of € 50 for administration costs will be charged from 30 September 2023.
Liability
EDCTP does not take responsibility for insurance (medical, travel, personal). By registering for the Forum, delegates assume responsibility for their own insurance and are advised to take out insurance for their attendance.
Travel and accommodation
Delegates are responsible for making their own travel and accommodation arrangements. EDCTP will make arrangements for invited delegates sponsored by EDCTP and awarded scholarship applicants.
Visa
We advise all delegates to reach out to the nearest host country embassy to check if a visa is needed. If you are likely to need a visa, we recommend that you make your application as soon as possible. To facilitate the application process, you will receive an invitation letter to the Eleventh EDCTP Forum once you have registered and paid to attend.
Data Protection and Sharing of Contact Details
All data provided in connection with the Forum may be used (saved, stored, processed, transmitted and deleted) in accordance with the EDCTP Privacy Policy.
EDCTP may share contact details of participants with external partners that may use these details to contact participants regarding activities at the Forum or other communications which may be of interest. Therefore, data might be passed on to third parties unless otherwise explicitly indicated by the participant during the registration process. Data protection is warranted in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act, UPPER HOUSE OF THE DUTCH PARLIAMENT, Session 1999-2000 Nr. 92.
The Eleventh EDCTP Forum is hosted by the Ministry of Higher Education and Research of France and ANRS | Emerging Infectious Diseases,
and will be jointly supported by the second EDCTP programme (EDCTP2) and the Global Health EDCTP3 Joint Undertaking.
